LIVE ONLINE · 8 WEEKS · 32 HOURS · STARTS SEPT 1

AI is now part of everyday work.

But most people are still typing questions into a chatbot and waiting for an answer. This course takes you further. You will build a working AI agent that automates real tasks in your own job — then learn to secure it. Every session ends with something you've made, not notes you've taken.

No coding. No IT background needed. You learn live, with a real instructor, step by step — and you finish with something you can actually use at work.

Identity — Cards

New to AI?

No coding needed. We start simple. Step by step, you learn to build your own AI agent — with no code, ever.

Already working in IT?

QA, DevOps, Security Analyst — if this is you, this course is for you too. You build an agent for your real job, then learn to secure it. You add this skill to the job you already have.

WHY THIS MATTERS, WHY NOW

AI changed from something you talk to, into something you build with.

Most people use AI the same simple way: ask a question, wait for an answer. That's a chatbot — it answers when you ask, and stops when you stop.

This course teaches something new: an agent. An agent works on its own. It reads information, decides what to do, and takes action — saving you real time every week. Building one used to need a developer. Now, anyone can do it in a simple visual tool.

But an agent that can act is also an agent that can be tricked — and unlike a chatbot, a manipulated agent doesn't just give a bad answer. It can send, change, or share something on your behalf. That's why this course also teaches you to secure what you build. Almost no one else is teaching both together — and that's exactly what this moment needs.

8 Weeks · 32 Live Hours

Week by week — what you learn, and what you build

The program starts September 1. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM Central Time.

Part A · Weeks 1–3

Working with AI

Learn AI by using it on real tasks.

01

WEEK 1

Prompting & AI Foundations

Set up the AI tools you'll use. Get real work done — summarizing, rewriting, pulling structure out of messy text. Learn what makes a prompt actually reliable.

a prompt library for your own recurring tasks
02

WEEK 2

How AI Really Works (and Where It Fails)

Understand AI in plain language — just enough to use it wisely. Spot bad or unreliable output before it reaches your real work.

a test that exposes where AI gets things wrong
03

WEEK 3

AI Beyond Chat — Images, Voice & Documents

Use AI to read images, transcribe audio, and pull data out of PDFs and forms — turning messy input into clean, usable information.

Curriculum Part B — Identity

Part B · Weeks 4–5

Building an AI Agent

From using AI, to building something that works for you.

04

WEEK 4

Your First AI Agent

A chatbot answers when you ask. An agent works on its own — it reads information, decides what to do, and takes action. You'll connect AI to real tools and data, and build your first agent in a visual builder — no code.

05

WEEK 5

Agents for Your Role

Extend your agent with more steps, conditions, and connections — shaped around your own job.

Curriculum — Cybersecurity for AI

Part C · Weeks 6–8

Cybersecurity for AI

The part that makes everything above safe to actually deploy.

A chatbot that gets tricked gives a bad answer. An agent that gets tricked can act on your behalf — sending, changing, or sharing something. Now that you've built one, security stops being theory.

Week 6

Attacking AI — Learn by Breaking It

Try prompt injection, jailbreaking, and data-leak attacks in safe, guided labs — then turn them on the agent you built yourself.

You'll build: a report of the attacks you performed
Week 7

Defending Your Agent

Add guardrails, input checks, access controls, and safe handling of credentials. Then run your own attacks again — and watch them fail.

You'll build: a secured agent with a before-and-after defense log
Week 8

Data Protection, Privacy & Governance

Learn where data actually leaks in everyday AI use, how to handle sensitive information responsibly, and how to judge if any AI tool is safe to adopt.

You'll build: a full risk assessment of a real AI tool

WEEK 8

Capstone Project

One project that proves what you can do

Build it → Break it → Defend it → Assess it

Your role-specific agent, taken all the way through: built in Part B, attacked and hardened in Part C, and delivered with a professional risk assessment. Portfolio-ready — and genuinely useful in your own job.

TOOLS YOU'LL USE

Curriculum — Checklist
n8n — build your agent, no code
Microsoft Copilot Studio — the enterprise version
Claude, ChatGPT, Google AI Studio — free tools you already know
Guided security labs — safe space to practice attacks

BY THE END, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO

What you walk away with

Curriculum — Checklist
Use AI with confidence, every day
Build a working AI agent — no code
Automate a real task in your own job
Pull data from documents, images & audio
Spot bad or unsafe AI output

One honest note before you join

This course is not for you if you're expecting a job guarantee. It's an upskill course — it makes you better at the job you have.

It's not for you if you already work in penetration testing or application security — you'll know most of Part C already.

It's not for you if you want a certificate without doing the work. You build, attack, and defend a real agent yourself.
